Dogs will need to provide proof of rabies, distemper and kennel cough vaccine. Cats will need to provide proof of rabies and distemper. Records must be emailed or faxed before the animals arrival to the facility. Fax (585)293-7211 or evergreenkennelsboarding@gmail.com
Yes, please have food in a plastic container that is labeled with your pets name. We also have a refrigerator for items that need to be cold. If Evergreen Kennels provides your animal with food the cost is $2.50 per day.
We feed twice a day. We try to stay with the schedule your pet is used to.
Yes. All bedding must be machine washable. Sometimes your pet may chew on his/her bedding . Make sure it isn’t something you would mind being chewed on. Any belongings from home are NOT the responsibility of the kennel. We do our best to return all toys and bedding. Please leave favorite toys at home.
No. We have a very personalized playtime program in which a kennel attendant is with your dog during playtime to eliminate the risk of injury to your dog and our staff by dogs that might not get along.
Yes. We only administer medications for non-contagious conditions. All medications must be pre loaded in a pill box. Pills boxes must be clearly labeled with days of the week and AM / PM. If medication is not pre loaded in a pill box upon arrival, one will be provided with a fee. *We do NOT administer any injectable medications, including insulin. *We do NOT "pill" dogs or cats. Meaning we will not force medications into an animals mouth.

Drop off and pick up for boarding and daycare: Monday - Friday: 9AM to 4PM, Saturday: 9AM to 11AM, and Sunday: 3PM to 5PM.
